Located in the heritage town of Celbridge in Co. Kildare, Celbridge Manor Hotel is a set in a magnificent Georgian building dating back to 1837.  The hotel was originally a teaching school for protestant girls and was built by the Connolly family, who resided at the nearby Castletown House, one of the finest examples of a Palladian home remaining in Ireland.  Set in beautiful walled gardens the hotel boasts a traditional Irish bar serving modern Irish cuisine.  With a mix of 66 suites and bedrooms as well as complimentary WiFi throughout, the hotel is the ideal leisure base.

Only 30 minutes from Dublin city centre, Celbridge is excellently serviced by frequent bus and train routes, so you can easily pop into Dublin for a spot of shopping or perhaps to see some of the sights, and when you're done, you can leave the hectic city vibe behind you as you return to the relaxed surroundings of this Kildare town.  Not to be outdone by Dublin, the town of Celbridge and greater Kildare have many sights all within close distance.  You can visit Castletown House nearby in Celbridge.  Castle Town House was commissioned by William Connolly, Speaker of the Irish House of Commons in 1722.  Connolly was later to commission the building that is now Celbridge Manor Hotel.  Other nearby attractions include: the Irish National Stud and Japanese Gardens at the Curragh; Kildare Shopping Village, a designer outlet shopping experience; or Tayto Park, the perfect day out for the grand-children!

Our 66 modern bedrooms are exceptionally spacious and each has their own separate bathroom, which boasts a stand-alone bath and separate shower.  All bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities, flat screens TVs, telephone, hair-dryer and complimentary WiFi access.

The hotel's public areas are designed with the your relaxation in mind.  Why not sit back with a good book in our drawing room, overlooking the hotel's gardens or perhaps enjoy some traditional craic 'n' ceol in our bar, the Schoolhouse. Whatever, you have in mind, we have it covered.
